I put my heart and soul into living my own life. Through photography, I try to deconstruct the false image layers about myself that life has imposed upon. Photography has disclosed the world is intrinsically related with my being. I think that whenever the suppressed fragments of my being are revealed, the concealed beauty of world also exhibits itself.

나는 고유한 나로 살아가기 위해 시간과 에너지를 쏟고 있다. 살면서 덧입혀진 껍질 같은 허상들을 사진을 통해 한 겹씩 벗으면서 나다움을 찾아가고 있다. 사진 속에서 점점 드러나는 나의 존재는 세계와 연결되어 있다. 은폐되었던 존재의 한 부분이 드러날 때마다 숨겨져 있던 세계의 아름다움도 밝혀진다고 나는 생각한다.
